ACAPs were contacted by the property manager to investigate a leaking water heater. This heater was on the top floor of the hotel plant room and a manual handling and health and safety nightmare.
ACAPs attended and found the water heater to be spilt and unserviceable existing water heater is obsolete and no longer available due to new efficiency regulations. We sourced a replacement, taking into account the hotels requirements, size and weight.
After sourcing and ordering ACAPs carried out the installation which took 2 days from start to commissioning. As well as the gas, plumbing, flueing and electrical works there were also builders works involved due to access which ACAPS also completed.
